Reiki is an ancient, energetic healing modality that is non-invasive, works with the receiver's intention to heal and promotes an internal homeostasis that contributes to the process. During a reiki session, the practitioner channels Universal Life Energy, Qi, Divine Energy or God/Love Energy directly through the chakras to balance, cleanse, harmonize and heal the receiver. In the practice of reiki the goal is to restore balance and harmony and promote healing on all levels of the human experience: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Reiki is an intelligent energy and can do no harm.

As a third-degree master practitioner, Gil is trained in the discipline of Raku Kei Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. This reiki is predominantly guided by intuition as opposed to a protocol of hand placement. The receiver is also guided through visualization, breathing and relaxation techniques as well as sound.

Currently, Gil is available by appointment in the San Marcos, Kyle and Austin, Texas area for in home session or for a distance session which can be done by phone or teleconference.
