The Blank Space Yoga Studio is in Kyle, Texas. ( 225 S Main St, Suite 102 Kyle, Tx 78640) and is the home base for Gil's weekly yoga classes. Please feel free to check out the studio's schedule here​​. Below is a description of the classes Gil leads.​

AWAKEN AND RESTORE YOGA Restorative yoga is a fully passive form of yoga that allows the student to be present and fully supported in a reclined pose. Restorative yoga is exactly how it sounds; it is a practice utilized to bring a full sense of rest and wellbeing to the student. In his Restorative class, Gil utilizes the opportunity of stillness to stimulate the body's natural healing ability while taking full advantage of the asana's effects on the body. This restorative yoga class is the perfect way to end or being the week.

YIN YOGA Yin Yoga is a slower paced yoga that verges on passive due to the asanas being held longer than in a traditional flow. While a majority of the asanas are reclined or on the mat, Yin allows the students practice to focus on deep connective tissue. For Gil's Yin class, a combination of active stretching and passive holding complement each other throughout the duration of the class. This class is a great opportunity for those starting their practice, for those reacquainting with their practice, for those who are very active (exercise and/or work) and for those who prefer a slower pace of practice with great benefits.

YOGA FLOW Yoga flow is an active class for all skill levels. In this class, Gil blends a Vinyasa style flow with an isometric vibe; this links complimenting asanas with breath while allowing longer hold times for building endurance, stability and strength.

BEGINNER YOGA In this class students learn the basic building blocks to a strong and sustainable yoga practice. With a focus on Sun Salutations, Gil orally cue's and demonstrates each asana in the sequence while giving explanations on body alignment and placement. For anyone starting their practice or refreshing it, this is a great introduction!
